These terms apply to your use of this website and to all quotations, orders and supplies made by Murtaza Corrugation ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to them.
1. Our products
We manufacture and supply corrugated cartons, printed boxes, mailer boxes, food boxes, sheets, partitions and custom packaging. Product descriptions and images on this website are for general guidance. Actual colour, board thickness, finish and dimensions may differ slightly from images.
2. Enquiries and quotations
- Enquiries and orders are made through WhatsApp, phone or the forms on this website (which open WhatsApp).
- A quotation is based on the size, ply, quantity, printing and delivery details you give us. If these change, the price may change.
- Prices in a quotation are valid for the period stated in it. Raw material prices can change, so please confirm before ordering.
- An order is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing (WhatsApp message is accepted) and, where required, receive the agreed advance payment.
3. Custom and printed orders
- Custom-size and printed boxes are made specially for you. Please check size, ply, artwork and text carefully before approving.
- Once you approve and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or changed, and the advance is non-refundable to the extent of work and materials used.
- Small variations in size (tolerance), quantity (a small percentage over or under) and printed colour are normal in corrugated manufacturing and are not defects.
- You are responsible for spelling, contact details and any information printed from artwork you supply.
4. Your artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, brand name or artwork you send us for printing. You are responsible for any claim arising from its use. We will use your artwork only to produce your order.
5. Payment
Payment terms (advance, balance and method) are agreed on WhatsApp when the order is confirmed. Custom and printed orders normally require an advance before production. Goods may be withheld until the agreed payment is received.
6. Delivery
- Delivery dates given by us are estimates and depend on order size, material availability and production schedule.
- Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed in the quotation. Delays caused by transport, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.
- Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or your nominated carrier.
7. Inspection, defects and claims
- Please inspect the goods on delivery. If there is a defect or shortage, tell us on WhatsApp or by phone as soon as possible — preferably within 48 hours — with clear photos.
- If a defect is our fault, we will repair, replace or adjust the affected goods. This is our full remedy.
- Standard (non-custom) goods that are unused and in original condition may be returned only if we agree in advance. Custom and printed goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
8. Suitability and storage
Please choose the ply and size suitable for your product weight and shipping method — we are happy to advise. Corrugated board can weaken if it gets wet or is stored in damp conditions, so keep boxes dry and away from moisture. We are not liable for damage caused by wrong use, overloading or poor storage.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit or business.
10. Use of this website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt it. We try to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or up to date. We may change or remove content at any time.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith and, if not resolved, will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
